====== ASI Mosaic ====== ===== Main View ===== {{::asi_mosa_4_main_screen.jpg?600|}} On the main view is the grid of thumbnails of the monitoring mosaic (or multi-view). Each thumbnail is composed of: * The service video * On the sides the audio view meters (up to 4 pairs of audio) * On the top left corner, the video encoding and resolution information * At the bottom the tag for the service (by default automatically detected from the Service Description Table but also customizable) When moving the mouse cursor over the different services, the audio of the hovered service will be rendered on the PC speakers. The selected thumbnail is highlighted with a purple rectangle. The contextual menu allows to switch from the different audio streams in the service if there are more than 1: {{::asi_mosa_5_main_screen_contextual_menu.jpg?600|}} The contextual menu also allows other operations: * Capture Mosa: to take a still capture of the mosaic screen * Full Screen: to toggle the fullscreen mode. * Mute All * Remove * Infos: to customize the thumbnail display ===== Configuration ===== To access the configuration screen, proceed as follow: * If in full screen mode, right click anywhere and unselect "Full screen". * Then go to the "File" menu. * Select "Mosaic Configuration". ==== Thumbnails ==== The Thumbnail tab in the configuration shows you the thumbnail grid. You can select the number of thumbnail in your mosaic (up to 25). The grid shows the thumbnail that are properly configured in green and the ones that are not configured or that don't have the proper input in red. {{::asi_mosa_1_config_screen.jpg?600 |}} ==== General ==== The "General" tab is where the options for the entire application are set: * Choice between PAL or NTSC for the Mosaic ouput frame rate. * Setting for the alarm trigger when black/frozen frames are detected. * Setting for the background image * Setting for the saving frequency {{::asi_mosa_2_config_screen_general.jpg?600 |}} ==== Adding an input ==== ASI Mosaic supports the following inputs: * ASI (From any [[http://village-island.com/en/dektec/pci-express/ | DekTec card with an ASI input port ]]) * SDI (From any [[http://village-island.com/en/dektec/pci-express/ | DekTec card with an SD-SDI input port ]]) * IP Multicast (with any stream received on the PC Ethernet port) * DVB-T (Using the [[http://village-island.com/en/dektec/pci-express/dta-2131/ | DekTec DTA-2131 DVB-T input board ]]) * TS File. To configure an input. Go to the Configuration Thumbnail page and right click on the thumbnail you want to configure and select "Properties". You can then proceed with these steps to configure the input service: * Select the input "Type". * Depending on the Type, you will be able to select the input Device/IP address/Path. * For TS inputs, you can then click on "Scan" to get the TS service list. * Then select the service.
